Landing pages in Mailchimp

In the winter of 2016, our team began work on a series of creative tools for what would later become Mailchimp’s all-in-one marketing platform. Landing Pages was the first of several tools released in the fall of 2018. This feature enabled customers to quickly build a landing page and link it to a Facebook ad or direct mail campaign. Customers could now test, track and measure the success of their efforts since each had a unique page URL. Since its launch, Landing Pages has helped Mailchimp customers grow their list by an average of 36%.

I led design and research which included competitive and comparative analysis, concept iteration, and prototyping. Created assets and component libraries for final designs, along with documentation and presentation at weekly syncs.

The functionality to set up landing pages was extremely user-friendly. It was something I had delegated to our marketing manager to explore, and she had great success in increasing our engagement, generating new leads, and increasing traffic to our business.
